Product Description
OOC-GR5, a kind of polymer emulsion, can decrease mud filtration and prevent gas channeling.
Properties and characteristics:

Good anti-channeling performance
A certain water-loss reducing ability
Improve the compactness of setcement, and reduce permeability
Improve the anti-corrosive performance of set cement
Improve the toughness and flexibility of set cement
Wide range of temperature usage, and good performance of temperature resistance and salt tolerance

Usage

1. Add into mixed water in advance;
2. Application temperature, 25~ 150℃;
3. The optimal dosage range 5-20% (BWOC);
4. Not suitable for mixing with poly acid dispersant;
Storage

Storage conditions: Avoid open fire, strong oxidant, high-temperature environment;
Period of validity: 24 months.
Safety

Causticity: PH value 6.0~8.0;
Oxidation: Contain no oxidant and strong reductant ;
Toxicity: Non-toxic, ingestion is not allowed;
Incompatible materials: Acid, oxidant.

Packing size: 50 L/barrel, 200 L/barrel or as per client’s requirements;
